ABC�s of Active Parenting

Being a parent is hard work, but there are simple and effective tools that can be utilized on a daily basis to assist you in raising a happy, responsible and respectful child.  This course will focus on the use of logical consequences, proper communication levels and will help you acquire the tools that will aid you in positive parenting techniques.

Baby Sign Language

6 hours/3 classes

Teaching communication to young children is part of their development.  Come out and learn how to use simple hand signs to aid in this process.  Children can start to express wants and desires starting at about 9 months of age, as long as they have been shown the way.  Older infants, toddlers, even preschoolers will benefit from using sign language.

Toddler/Parent Exercise

1.5 hours/ 1 class

Join your young child in learning the benefits of exercise.  This is a participation class for both parent and young child to enjoy.  Come on out and learn simple, fun ways of moving your body.  Please join us with your preschool aged child(ren) if you wish!
