Emergency First Aid Level A

8 hours/1 class (attend Saturday only)
This course will leave you with an understanding and the skills required for basic emergency first aid. Learn 1 person CPR, artificial respiration, adult choking, severe bleeding, and some aspects of initial and immediate wound care. Participants will receive a EFA-CPR-A Certificate. Please bring a lunch.

St. John Ambulance Standard First Aid- Level C

16 hours/2 classes (attend Saturday & Sunday)
You will learn to recognize and provide intervention for life-threatening emergencies until medical aid arrives. This course includes one and two-rescuer CPR, artificial respiration, and choking response maneuvers for Adult, infant and child casualties. This course meets the requirements of the new Alberta First Aid
regulations. Please bring a lunch.
