This course uses a holisitic approach to help create new habits and gain a new perspecitve on life management. In this workshop you will learn to create balance in your life to focus on what really matters to you. Sections of this course include effective decluttering and organizing, planning and time management.

In this course you will learn how to plan and prepare meals quickly and cost-effectively.  Discussions include how to organize your kitchen effectively, and how to plan menus and create grocery lists using common ingredients.

MONEY TALKS 

Money is an essential part of life, and knowing how to make it work for you and not against you is key. This course is facilitated with Gail Vaz-Oxlade’s (Financial Writer & TV personality) book “Easy Money”. She shows us how to budget, save and get your debt paid off with her easy to understand, honest and practical style. Do activities that will enhance your financial knowledge and get practical money tips. Book included.
