ALBERTA PAYROLL REGULATIONS-WEBINAR

Learn what you need to know about your payroll obligations in Alberta. In this course the topics include employment standards, payroll deductions and remittances, recording benefits T4’s, yearend reporting requirements, and issuing Record of Employments.  This course is instructed by Lisa Rohr, who is a Payroll Certified Practitioner through the Canadian Payroll Association. A must have course for any office administrator or business owner with payroll responsibilities. No computer knowledge necessary.

INTRO TO MICROSOFT EXCEL - WEBINAR

Are you new to Microsoft Excel? Through this introductory 2 hour workshop, learn to create a basic workbook or spreadsheet, add simple formulas and finally format, proof and print your project. This popular spreadsheet program is a must for anyone managing numbers or large amounts of data. Learn the basics to get you started in using the program so that you are able to explore the rest. Microsoft Office 2010 will be used.

MICROSOFT WORD BASICS

Work with text by learning how to perform formatting skills like font type, bold, underline, bullets or numbered lists.  Learn how to copy and paste, delete, edit and use spell and grammar checks to make writing an easier task. Adding pictures, shapes or charts are simple to do on Microsoft Office, and adds spice to your projects. Basic documents, posters, letters and business cards will be practiced and discussed. The uses for this popular word processing program are endless and essential for work and home in today’s society.  Microsoft Office 2010 will be used.
